Imagine Counseling and Consulting is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling, and the Alabama Counseling Association Code of Ethics. Client information is used only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, or as required by law.

Information may be disclosed without consent in situations mandated by law, including risk of harm, abuse or neglect, or court order. Secure systems are used to safeguard all client records. Technology, including recordings or AI-assisted tools, may be utilized for administrative or clinical support purposes but does not replace human therapeutic care.

Services are provided by an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Ashleigh Goggins, EdS, LPC-S, NCC.
