About Me

_DSC5860_edited_edited_edited_edited_edi

I hold a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama and have over a decade of experience supporting individuals, children, and families in educational and mental health settings. Trained in mental health counseling, my work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered philosophy that honors each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I am an Associate Licensed Counselor providing counseling under the supervision of Ashleigh Goggins, EdS., LPC-S, NCC.

I use an integrated, evidence-based approach to counseling, thoughtfully tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

My services include individual counseling, teen and young adult counseling, and support for anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and gain insight that supports lasting emotional well-being.

Healing begins with a vision, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you step into the life you envision.
